What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before. Cancelling within the last 24 hours, or not showing up, may be charged at 50% of the booked services.
Is a deposit needed for bridal bookings?
Yes. A 30% deposit secures your wedding date and is deducted from the package price; it is fully refunded if you cancel thirty days or more before.
Is the lounge for ladies only?
Yes. Dr. Sarah's Children's Clinic is a private space for women: our whole team is female, from reception to specialists, and the windows are screened for complete privacy.
Which products do you use?
Professional products we choose with care: ammonia-free colour wherever possible, nail polishes free of harsh chemicals, and products kind to sensitive skin. Let us know about any allergies before your appointment.
Where can I park?
Alexandria public parking is two minutes away, and valet parking is available at the entrance.
How is my appointment confirmed?
You receive a WhatsApp confirmation or a call within one working hour, and a reminder the day before.
